ZOFIA HAUSMAN

Few people build movements. Fewer still recognize them before they begin. Zofia Hausman has spent her career doing both.

For more than 15 years, she has helped shape the evolution of the organic health movement by identifying emerging ideas early, forging strategic partnerships, and leading culture-shifting initiatives that have influenced how people think about food, health and human wellbeing.

From 2011 to 2016, Zofia was instrumental in leading one of the most consequential periods in the American food transparency movement. As co-founder of Citizens for GMO Labeling, she mobilized communities, built state and national coalitions, advanced legislative pressure, and helped turn the “right to know what is in our food” into a defining public conversation.

The campaign did more than raise awareness. It accelerated the movement of organic products into conventional retail, influenced the decisions of major food companies and supermarkets, and helped make GMO transparency a mainstream consumer expectation. By 2015, what had once been considered a niche issue had become a powerful cultural and commercial force.

Today, she forges strategic partnerships between breakthrough wellness innovations and the organizations shaping the future of human wellbeing, bringing visionary founders together with luxury hospitality groups, healthcare pioneers, developers, athletes, artists and global wellness brands.

“Zofia has consistently recognized transformative ideas before they reached widespread adoption—and helped bring them into the emerging future of human potential.”

What distinguishes her work is not simply an ability to connect people, but to recognize meaningful shifts before they become obvious—identifying innovations with the potential to redefine how we live, heal and thrive, then helping the right organizations integrate them with authenticity, integrity and long-term vision.

For the organizations and leaders she collaborates with, Zofia becomes more than a connector. She is a trusted strategic partner who helps translate emerging innovation into meaningful experiences, partnerships and offerings that strengthen brand leadership, elevate guest and client experiences, and create lasting value for the people they serve.

Underlying all of her work is a simple philosophy:

The greatest innovations are those that work with human biology—not against it.

She calls this Organic Intelligence—the innate wisdom carried within our bodies, our relationships and the living systems of the natural world. It is the lens through which she evaluates every partnership.

It is this philosophy that defines The Real Organic: a belief that the future of wellness belongs to innovations that honour, amplify and work in partnership with Life’s own intelligence.

Where Innovation Meets Opportunity

The future of human wellbeing will be shaped by the partnerships we create today. If you're developing a world-first wellness innovation or seeking to bring one into your organization, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
